Shipping and payment terms

- Payment in advance -
If you pay in advance, your order will be processed as soon as the payment has been received. Please pay attention to your order number in the purpose of the transfer in the purpose so that we can assign your transfer. Depending on the credit institution, it can take between one to three working days for your payment to arrive.

- Payment on account -
If you pay on account, this is due after receipt of the goods. When transferring, please make sure that you specify your order number in the intended use so that we can assign your transfer.

- Payment reminder -
of course we know that something can quickly go under in everyday life. So please do not be surprised that we will remind you of a uninhibited bill. You will then receive an email from us. A quickest possible transfer of the open amount should then be carried out by you.

Shipment

- Shipping partner -
Shipping is via our shipping partner DHL or DHL Express, as well as UPS.

- Shipping costs -
Since the shipping costs are dependent on the weight, these are calculated individually by our contractual partners DHL, DHL Express or UPS and offered to the customer.

-Shipping duration-
Germany:
IDR is 1-3 working days within Germany. If you order before 12:00 p.m., we will usually process your order on the same day. It is then possible that you will receive your goods the following day.

Europe:
Shipping within Europe takes 2-5 working days.

WORLD:
Depending on the country, shipping outside Europe takes 5-14 working days.

- Delivery via Express -
If the OA shipping duration should not be fast enough for you, we also offer shipping by DHL Express or UPS for an additional charge. The additional shipping costs depend on the land, weight and size of the package.

Germany:
An express delivery within Germany is possible, but the goods are delivered within one working day even when shipping normal.

Europe/world:
An express delivery outside of Germany takes between 1-4 working days depending on the country.

-Send tracking-
As soon as your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a confirmation from us by email with a shipment number and a link to the transmission track. With this you can view the current status of your shipment at any time. If you have problems with the status of your shipment, please contact us.

- Delivery to a DHL Packstation or UPS Access Point -
Of course you can also have your goods deliver to a DHL Packstation or a UPS Access Point. In this case, please specify the postal and packing station number or the location ID as a different delivery address. The same applies to shipping to a post office.

- goods damaged by transport -
if the package or its goods have been damaged due to the transport, please contact us immediately. The damaged goods will then be exchanged by us.
