Shipping and payment terms

– Payment in advance –
If you choose to pay in advance, your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. When making the transfer, please be sure to include your order number in the payment reference so we can allocate your payment correctly. Depending on your bank, it may take between one and three business days for your payment to reach us.
– Payment by invoice –
Payment by invoice is due upon receipt of the goods. When making your transfer, please be sure to include your order number in the payment reference so that we can allocate your payment correctly.
– Payment Reminder –
We understand that things can easily get lost in the shuffle of everyday life. So please don't be surprised if we remind you about an outstanding invoice. You will receive an email from us. Please transfer the outstanding amount as soon as possible.
Shipment
– Shipping partners –
Shipping is handled by our shipping partners DHL or DHL Express, as well as UPS.
– Shipping costs –
Since shipping costs depend on weight, they are calculated individually by our contractual partners DHL, DHL Express or UPS and offered to the customer.
– Shipping time –
Germany:
Shipping within Germany typically takes 1-3 business days. If you order before 12:00 PM, we usually process your order the same day. You may then receive your goods the following day.
Europe:
Shipping within Europe usually takes 2-5 working days.
Worldwide:
Shipping outside of Europe typically takes 5-14 working days, depending on the country.
– Express Delivery –
If the above delivery time is not fast enough for you, we also offer shipping via DHL Express or UPS for an additional fee. The additional shipping costs depend on the country, weight, and size of the package.
Germany:
Express delivery within Germany is possible; however, delivery of goods within one working day also takes place with normal shipping.
Europe/World:
Express delivery outside of Germany takes between 1-4 working days, depending on the country.
– Shipment tracking –
As soon as your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this link to check the current status of your shipment at any time. If you have any problems regarding the status of your shipment, please contact us.
– Delivery to a DHL Packstation or UPS Access Point –
Of course, you can also have your goods delivered to a DHL Packstation or a UPS Access Point. In this case, please enter the post office and Packstation number or location ID as the alternative delivery address. The same applies to deliveries to a post office branch.
– Goods damaged in transit –
If the package or your goods have been damaged during transport, please contact us immediately. We will then replace the damaged goods.
