What is a press head?

The press head—also known as the end piece of the press chamber —forms the end of the press chamber of an oil press. It regulates the backpressure in the system and, together with the nozzle, is crucial for the pressing pressure exerted on the seed. The press head is made of very high-quality hardened stainless steel. Wear is particularly low here.
