Informationen
The Oilex F200 oil press is ideal for anyone wishing to start producing cold-pressed oil professionally. Thanks to its ease of use, it is also occasionally used in private households. The tried-and-tested strainer-hole cylinder enables a quick seed change as well as straightforward cleaning, making daily operation particularly efficient.
The F200 is designed for continuous, round-the-clock operation. It can be operated 24/7 without the need for constant supervision – perfect provided there is a sufficient seed supply and suitable storage facilities for oil and press cake. The latter is discharged in pellet form and can be easily processed further, e.g. into flour.
The scope of delivery includes various nozzle sizes, a brass heating band and a maintenance tool. All parts in contact with the product are made from food-grade materials and are 100% manufactured in Germany – ensuring the highest quality, durability and perfect pressing results. The integrated frequency converter motor operates quietly and energy-efficiently.

What are the applications for oil presses?
As a manufacturer, we offer oil presses and oil mills in a variety of sizes, ranging from small-scale processing capacities of 3 kg up to large-scale capacities of several tons per hour (depending on the seed), for use in the food, feed, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries, as well as for protein extraction.
Of course, we design and manufacture professional oil presses on our own lathe and milling machine, fully customized to your specifications for cold pressing and hot pressing of your oils, including models with water cooling.
What are the possible uses?
You can use our oil presses to produce fresh and healthy oils from a wide variety of kernels, nuts, and seeds—free of any additives and completely natural—such as:
cashews, chia seeds, peanuts, rosehip seeds, hemp seeds, hazelnuts, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, almonds, poppy seeds, pine nuts, pistachios, rapeseed, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, grape seeds, walnuts, and many others that you can find here.
Every oil press comes fully assembled, so you can start production right away. For cleaning, they can be disassembled and reassembled in just a few steps. With any oil press, you can produce your own vegetable oil, both cold-pressed and hot-pressed.
With our filter presses, you can then clean, deodorize, dorize, filter, and refine the oils. You can then use the oil press cakes, for example, for animal feed or grind them into meal.
Let us advise you, with no obligation, on which oil press or machine for extracting edible oil from kernels, seeds, and nuts is best suited for your purposes, so that you can purchase the one that fits your production process perfectly.
How do the oil presses differ from one another?
In recent years, two general types of oil presses have become widely used. One type of vegetable oil press is the so-called perforated cylinder model, in which the press cake is ultimately forced out through a corresponding outlet opening by immense pressure. The other type is the strainer-bar oil press. This is also a so-called screw press, although the cylinder used here contains various rods. During manufacturing, care is taken to ensure that there are several small gaps between the rods, through which the oil can then flow. The press cake is then automatically broken down by the press into small pieces that can be easily ejected.
What are the differences?
When looking for oil presses for home use or, for example, for use in the food service industry, it’s important to consider different operating methods. Some oil presses are manually operated. With these, the pressing process takes a little longer and requires more physical effort. For this reason, electric oil presses have understandably become very popular in recent years, as they offer significantly greater ease of use. They have a higher capacity, making them perfectly suited for producing larger quantities of oil, especially if you wish to produce large volumes commercially or industrially. Pressing takes place at the touch of a button. Due to their high level of convenience, we exclusively offer electric oil presses.
There are significant differences in functionality and features among oil presses. High-quality models come with various accessories, making it very easy to use them, for example, as a walnut oil press. To ensure the electric oil press is ideally suited for walnuts, you can, for instance, set the precise temperature at which the pressing process takes place. The variable temperature setting ensures that no important nutrients in the nuts and seeds are destroyed.
What foods can be processed using the Oilex oil press models?
The Oilex oil press can be used to produce a variety of edible oils, offering a high degree of flexibility. It is particularly popular for processing seeds such as hemp, flax, and sunflower seeds. In addition, a wide range of other seeds can be used for oil production.
Furthermore, the Oilex oil press can be used to produce nut oil. Nuts are also known for their particularly strong natural aroma and often impart a special flavor to the foods in which the finished oil is used. A wide variety of nuts can be processed in the oil press. In addition to hazelnuts, walnuts are also very well suited.
The oil press is easy to clean after use. The oil presses we offer produce high-quality press cake in pellet form, which can then be easily processed further. For example, the press cake can be used for the production of animal feed.
When selecting a good oil press, quality should always be a priority. It is important that the oil press offers a high oil yield so that the seeds can be pressed as gently and efficiently as possible.
