The D11 filter press is a high-performance, mobile solution for the filtration of large oil batches in commercial and industrial applications. With a variable number of chambers ranging from 20 to 80 frames and a filtration area of up to 12.80 m², it is ideal for companies with high throughput requirements.

The system consists of a sturdy stainless steel frame, high-quality filter plates and precision stainless steel fittings with integrated pressure gauges for pressure monitoring. The working pressure is 0.15 MPa (maximum 0.6 MPa) – perfect for the gentle yet effective clarification of cold-pressed vegetable oil.

Thanks to the mobile base frame, the D11 can be used flexibly in production. It is low-maintenance, hygienic and particularly durable – making it the ideal addition to professional oil pressing lines that demand the highest filtration quality.
