Shipping and Terms of Payment

Payment

– Payment in advance –
With a payment in advance your order will be processed as soon as we have received the payment. Please make sure to state your order number in the reason for transfer so that we can assign your transfer. Depending on the financial institution, it can take between one and three working days for your payment to reach us.

– Payment on account –
In case of a payment on account this becomes due after receipt of the goods. Please make sure that you state your order number in the reason for transfer so that we can assign your transfer.

– Payment reminder –
Of course we know that something can quickly go under in everyday life. So please do not be surprised that we will remind you of an unpaid invoice. You will then receive an e-mail from us. You should then transfer the outstanding amount as quickly as possible.

Shipping

– Shipping partners –
The shipping is done üby our shipping partners DHL or DHL Express, as well as UPS.

– Shipping costs –
Since the shipping costs depend on the weight, they are calculated individually by our contract partners DHL, DHL Express or UPS and offered to the customer.

– Shipping time –
Germany:
Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-3 business days. If you order before 12:00 o’clock, we usually process your order on the same day. It is then possible that you will receive your order on the following day.

Europe:
Shipping within Europe usually takes 2-5 working days.

World:
Shipping outside Europe usually takes 5-14 working days depending on the country.

– Delivery by Express –
If the above shipping time is not fast enough for you, we also offer DHL Express or UPS shipping at an extra charge. The additional shipping costs depend on the country, weight and size of the package.

Germany:
An express delivery within Germany is possible, but the goods will be delivered within one working day, even with normal shipping.

Europe/World:
Express delivery outside Germany takes between 1-4 working days depending on the country.

– Tracking –
As soon as your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number and a tracking link. With this you can check the current status of your shipment at any time. If you have any problems regarding the status of your shipment, please contact us.

– Delivery to a DHL Packstation or UPS Access Point –
Of course you can also have your goods delivered to a DHL Packstation or UPS Access Point. In this case you should state the postal and packing station number or the location ID as a different delivery address. The same also applies to shipping to a postal branch.

– Goods damaged by transport –
If the package or your goods have been damaged due to transport, please contact us immediately. The damaged goods will then be exchanged by us.
