– Payment in advance –
In the case of payment in advance, your order will be processed as soon as we have received the payment. When making a bank transfer, please make sure to provide your order number in the purpose of use, so that we can assign your transfer. Depending on the credit institution, it may take between one and three business days for your payment to arrive.

– Payment reminder –
Of course, we know that something can quickly go down in everyday life. So please don't be surprised that we will remind you of an unpaid bill. You will receive an email from us. You should then make the quickest possible transfer of the outstanding amount.
– Shipping partners –
Shipping takes place via our shipping partners DHL or DHL Express, as well as UPS.
– Shipping costs –
Since the shipping costs depend on the weight, they are calculated individually by our contractual partners DHL, DHL Express or UPS and offered to the customer.
– Shipping time –
Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-3 working days. If you order before 12:00, we will usually process your order on the same day. As a result, it is possible that you will receive your goods the following day.
Shipping within Europe usually takes 2-5 working days.
Shipping outside Europe usually takes 5-14 working days, depending on the country.
– Delivery by express –
If the above-called shipping time is not fast enough for you, we also offer shipping by DHL Express or UPS for an additional charge. The additional shipping costs depend on the country, weight and size of the package.
An express delivery within Germany is possible, but the goods are delivered within one working day even with normal shipping.
An express delivery outside Germany takes between 1-4 working days, depending on the country.
– Tracking –
As soon as your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the shipment tracking. With this you can view the current status of your shipment at any time. If you have any problems with the status of your shipment, please contact us.
– Delivery to a DHL Packstation or UPS Access Point –
Of course, you can also have your goods delivered to a DHL Packstation or a UPS Access Point. In this case, please specify the postal and packing station number or location ID as the different delivery address. The same applies to shipping to a post office.
– Goods damaged by transport –
If the package or your goods have been damaged due to transport, please contact us immediately. The damaged goods will then be replaced by us.
