Right of withdrawal

Widerrufsrecht

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Revocation instructions in accordance with Section 355 (2) Bgb

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons in text form (e.B. letter, fax, e-mail). The withdrawal period is 14 days. The period shall begin from the date on which he or a third party designated by him, who is not a carrier, has taken possession of the goods. The revocation must be addressed to:

oilpressparts Yannic Prümper
Gewerbering 13
41372 Niederkrüchten
Germany

E-mail: office@oilpressparts.com

Consequences of revocation

If this contract is revoked, all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), shall be reimbursed without undisclosed and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of the revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with us; under no circumstances will any fees be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned. The goods must be returned or handed over to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received the revocation. The deadline is met if the goods have been dispatched before the expiry of the period of 14 days. The cost of returning the goods is attributable to the buyer.

The buyer only has to pay for a loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a non-proper handling of the goods for the purpose of checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature lapse of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
