The Oilex G400 is our most powerful model for industrial oil production. With eight high-performance pressing units, this machine processes large quantities of oilseeds in the shortest possible time – reliably, energy-efficiently and around the clock. It has been specially developed for 24/7 continuous operation without supervision and is the perfect choice for production facilities, large mills or contract pressing companies that rely on maximum performance.

Thanks to its modular design, eight press shafts can be operated simultaneously – ideal for the parallel processing of large seed batches or for reducing throughput times. The Oilex G400 processes a wide variety of oilseeds such as rapeseed, hemp, sunflower seeds, walnuts, sesame, grape seeds, rosehip seeds and many more.

The pelletised press cake can be stored efficiently or further processed – e.g. as animal feed or biomass. All components in contact with the product are made of high-quality stainless steel and are manufactured entirely in Germany. This guarantees perfect pressing results, maximum hygiene and exceptional durability.

Despite its high performance, the G400 operates particularly quietly and energy-efficiently thanks to quiet and energy-efficient – even under full load.
